Dr. Björn Bergström
Dr. Bergström is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist who specializes in tailoring scientific and research-based treatments. He works with individuals, couples and groups for a variety of issues, with expertise in Anxiety Disorders, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Families and Couples addressing Relationship Challenges, Substance Abuse, as well as Gifted and Talented populations.
Dr. Bergström utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help patients find adaptive ways of living that result in meaningful change. His clients have consistently described him as warm, interactive, compassionate, nonjudgmental and effective. Dr. Bergström’s approach to therapy is to gain an understanding of his patient’s unique strengths and challenges in order to reduce suffering and increase their life-effectiveness, meaning, and overall fulfillment.
As a former Professor, Dr. Bergström has an extensive background in quantitative and qualitative research, anthropological ethnography, teaching, training and organizational consulting. He utilizes his diverse professional background to provide cutting edge treatments with nuance and flexibility. Dr. Bergström actively publishes and presents research at national and international conferences, as well as providing organizational consulting services, to optimize both individual and organizational wellness and effectiveness.

Evan Egener
Everyone’s experience is unique, and Evan tailors his treatments to each client’s specific needs. He is specially trained with Latinx and LGBTQIA+ folx. Additionally, he has extensive experience working with autistic individuals.
He integrates behaviorism and mindfulness to facilitate an enduring process of growth. Grounded in an affirming, nonjudgmental, safe space, he implements evidence-based practices including Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
Evan provides therapy to individuals, couples, and groups as a Licensed Professional Counselor Intern with a variety of clinical focuses, including anxiety, depression, bipolar, ADHD, substance abuse, relationship issues, acculturative stress, and isolation.
At the core of his approach, Evan strives to help clients develop resilience, find connection, and live in the present moment.
